Incentives
A Payment-In-Lieu-of-Tax (PILOT) proposal is offered at the discretion of the Industrial Development Board of the County of Montgomery based on the following five major incentive factors.
The incentive factors are:
- Company’s Business Sector
- Investment value
- Projected Employment positions
- Employee Wages
- Other Factors deemed pertinent by the Board.
